Richelle Riddick is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an undergraduate degree in psychology from the Southern New Hampshire University and a master's degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University. Specializing in early intervention and early childhood development, Richelle has extensive experience providing in-home, clinic, and school-based behavior support services to children with Autism. Her extensive time in the field has led her to develop a profound interest in training future behavior analysts and behavior technicians, recognizing the significant impact that skilled mentorship can have on the quality of care.

Richelle is dedicated to elevating the field of ABA by fostering skilled clinicians who emphasize building meaningful relationships with their learners to achieve outstanding progress. Her efforts inspire and educate ABA professionals, paving the way for more compassionate and effective care in the future.
